Organic loose-leaf Lime Ginger tea by Tauranga-based tea makers, Webster's Tea.
A balanced green tea blend made by combining antioxidant-rich sencha green tea with fresh citrus peels, lemon myrtle and ginger. A spicy and refreshing cleanse in a cup. Low caffeine.
Brewing:
- Hot: 1 teaspoon per 250ml cup, add a dash of cold water to mug, then boiled water, steep for 2-3 minutes
- Cold: 8 tablespoons into a large jar, add 1.2L cold water, cover & refrigerate overnight (8-12 hours), strain out the tea leaves and pour over ice
